When Anthony Joshua rocked Dominic Breazeale with a body shot in the second round, you felt that there could not be much longer remaining in their world title fight.

However, the American's chin and stubbornness - along with a pedestrian pace to the fight, dictated by Joshua - would carry Breazeale another five rounds.

In the seventh round, Joshua overwhelmed his 30-year-old opponent, twice putting him on the canvas.

From the second knockdown, Breazeale would not get up.

Four years ago, Joshua won gold at the London Olympics. Breazeale also fought at super heavyweight at those Olympics though he was eliminated in the first round.

The win against Breazeale - his 17th consecutive KO - is Joshua's first defence of his IBF belt which he won against Charles Martin in April.
