Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is one massive individual.
One of the more successful actors in the World right now, his latest project 'Ballers' a HBO comedy that we thought was pretty crap, is breaking all kinds of records Stateside and the man's popularity shows no signs of slowing down.
The Rock uses his Instagram to tell stories and share memories, and occasionally offer advice, and that is exactly what happened when he revealed his "key for success", which is a question he claims he is often asked.
When the millionaire in the picture with the outrageous muscles is giving you their key for success, it's probably worth a listen..
Always asked "What's a key to success?". One of the things is the willingness to put in the hard work.. when you're alone. Everyone works hard when eyes are on them. Boss watching, teachers, trainers, co-workers etc. Pushing yourself past your limits and working extremely hard when no one is watching is what makes all the difference in the world and sets you up for success. Best thing about being alone is that no one can judge you.. but you. (and the one taking the pic;)
Sadly, it's not a quick fix, but hard damn work that has The Rock where he is today.
And here we were thinking it was cutting out carbs. Damn.
