Jose Mourinho Image Set To Take Another Hit With Latest Eva Carneiro Reports

Jose Mourinho used to be a bit of a suave exotic type that your mammy had a thing for and your dad respected her decision. Not anymore, Mourinho's regular warpath trudging since his return to Chelsea has turned him into a figure of laughable hatred.

His petty fight picking reached a new level last month with his singling out of Chelsea's medical staff after their correct decision to enter the field of play and treat Eden Hazard during the 2-2 draw with Swansea. The story grew and grew to the point where it was seemingly the only thing anyone wanted to talk about in football for a couple of weeks.

Eventually, Jose addressed what happened and while he was in no mood to have his decisions questioned, he did leave things open for Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearn to return from exile in the future. However, despite those statements, for Carneiro at least that does not look likely to happen.

The Telegraph are today reporting that, despite Chelsea's assertion that Carneiro would still be part of the medical staff at their training ground, she has not returned to work in any capacity since the incident occurred.

Carneiro is now being advised by a legal firm amid suggestions that she would have a strong case for constructive dismissal against Chelsea should she choose to sue.

Jon Fearn, the physio who was also caught up in Jose's rampage, has returned to work at the Cobham training ground but has yet to return to the Chelsea bench.
