One Of Irish Football's Brightest Prospects Has Signed A New Deal With Man City

Ireland U21 international Jack Byrne has signed a new three-year deal with Manchester City.

The Dublin-born 19-year-old joined City in 2011 and signed his first full-time contract two years ago.

The midfielder was part of the Man City side which progressed to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Youth League this season, scoring six goals in eight appearances.

The new deal comes eight years to the day since Byrne's father died.

He posted this on Instagram earlier today.
