The FA Cup last 16 draw took place today after Chelsea secured their spot despite a bit of a scare against MK Dons.

The balls were drawn and we now know who will face who when the ties take place on the weekend of the 19th-21st of February.

Here are the most interesting fixtures in order of least to most exciting.

#8 - Arsenal vs Hull City

Again?

This is the third year in a row that Hull have faced Arsenal in the FA Cup, and Arsenal are almost certainly going to win, again. The first one was a cracking cup final, but the third-round fixture from last season was a let down. You can never say never in the FA Cup, but this one doesn't look up to much.

#7 - Reading vs West Brom/Peterborough

There is Irish interest for sure with Reading involved against either James McClean's West Brom or Chris Forrester's Peterborough, but it's got to take a backseat to the other fixtures in the round.

#6 - Blackburn vs Liverpool/West Ham

Liverpool don't seem very fussed with the FA Cup this year, and face a tricky replay away to West Ham in order to earn a trip to face Blackburn.

Judging by the standard of Saturday's match, neither Liverpool nor West Ham are going to take part in an exciting FA Cup clash anytime soon.

#5 - Shrewsbury Town vs Manchester United

Recommended

The cameras will be down to Shrewsbury looking for an upset, and it could well happen, but regardless of the winner, this will surely not be an entertaining game of football.

Expect a lot of Fellaini's elbows and a nailed on 'Both Team To Score' bet.

#4 - Watford vs Leeds United

It sounds like a fiesty fixture, and it almost certainly will be. Leeds will be right up for the chance to take a Premier League scalp, and will fancy themselves against a side they had faced many times in the Championship in recent seasons.

#3 - Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace

A London derby in the FA Cup should make for a cracking open game. Pards will be looking to use the FA Cup as a springboard to league form in the second half of the season after an uninspiring few months, whereas Spurs will surely be looking to get to Wembley while juggling the race for a Champions League space.

A good matchup.

#2 - Bournemouth vs Everton

Back in November these two sides played out a thrilling 3-3 draw, so you've got to be excited for this.

The fact that it is a cup game will mean that the two sides look different to what we saw in the league, but neither club has anything to lose so we should see lots of attacking football.

#1 - Chelsea vs Manchester City

It almost certainly won't deliver, but it's clear to see what the biggest match in the last 16 of the FA Cup.

The FA Cup could be what salvages Chelsea's season, but Man City have a strong record in the cup in recent years and won't be putting out the kids by any means/
