Someone who's serious about their hurling probably doesn't purchase their equipment at a discount German supermarket.

And with good reason, for one - as pointed out by comedian Colm O'Regan - they seem unable to tell the difference between a hurley and a cricket bat.

Recommended

From now, only purchase cheap fruit, veg, meat, wine and the occasional power tool on trips to Lidl or Aldi.
