Waterford pulled away in the second half at Semple Stadium after Shane Bennett's fierce low drive brought the first goal in the Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship quarter final against Dublin.

Dublin edged the first half 0-13 to 0-12, but Waterford took the advantage after Ballysaggart's Bennett whipped on a low ball which flew into the top left corner of the Dublin net past a helpless Gary Maguire.
Waterford are going through after a Maurice Shanahan goal made it 2-21 to 1-17 in the late stages.
