Just over 11 months ago, Cork GAA player Jamie Wall became paralysed from his midriff down due to an abscess which had developed on his spine.

In an excellent documentary released earlier this month, Jamie said that finding a way out of his wheelchair had become his "new All-Ireland".

On Friday night, he posted uplifting footage to Instagram of him taking significant, literal steps in his recovery.
