The second half of Toulon's Top 14 loss to La Rochelle on Sunday provided a crazy moment following one absolutely gigantic collision involving Mathieu Bastareaud and Levani Botia.
With ball in hand, Bastareaud knocked the opposing tackler out cold in a hit that will have made everyone watching wince, but the big Frenchman immediately became concerned with his opponent, and looked to ensure that he would not swallow his tongue before carrying on with the action.
Encroyable!
An almighty whack, but thankfully Bastareaud was on hand to help out while the medics raced onto the field.
With all this talk about concussion in rugby, it's hits like that which will no doubt worry those who want to greater care taken over players who are knocked out, but thankfully Botia walked off the field and gave the fans a thumbs up on the way.
