On BT Sport on Monday night, O'Driscoll and George North demonstrated the choke tackle and another technique which has become increasingly in recent years - the chop tackle.

So proficient at the chop tackle is North's Welsh teammate Dan Lydiate, the winger explained that he was become known at the 'Chop Master'.
