Hulk Hogan goes to trial against website Gawker next week over their publishing, in 2012, of a segment of a sex tape featuring the wrestler.

According to Anna Phillips of the Tampa Bay Times, when the 61-year-old appears in court, he will have to do so under his real name, Terry Gene Bollea.

There will however be one concession to his wrestling persona. He will be allowed to wear a 'plain bandana'. So nothing red and yellow with 'Hulkamania' on it.

One wonders how long Hogan's legal team spent lobbying for this to be allowed and how long he will spend contemplating what colour bandana to wear.

The judge residing over the case said that she would not allow a 'carnival'.

Presumably that means suplexes, piledrivers and DDTs are banned along with the plaintiff hitting anyone testifying against him with a chair.

No 'Hulkamania running wild' in that court then.
