Baseball Umpire John Hirschbeck was in the line of fire in last night's game between the Texas Rangers and L.A. Angels. Ranger's batter A.J. Pierzynski got enough of his bat on a 91 mile an hour fastball for it to evade the Angels' catcher's mitt, leaving Hirschbeck vulnerable.

Hirschbeck probably regrets not wearing a cup, especially considering this isn't the first time this happened.
