The Four Best Plays That Happened In The NFL While You Were Sleeping

Week one of the NFL is officially in the books, and what a week it was. While Sunday had four games decided by a point, or seven games by two points or less - Monday night was all about putting on a show.

The Pittsburgh Steelers won just their second opening game in six years away to the Redskins with Antonio Brown and DeAngelo Williams putting on a show for fantasy owners everywhere. It's scary to think how good that offense could be with Le'Veon Bell, Martavis Bryant, Ladarius Green, and Markus Wheaton.

Brown scored two touchdowns and raked in 126 yards, with this long one his highlight:

DeAngelo Williams was also unstoppable, also scoring two touchdowns - including one as the Steelers were trying to run down the clock. But it was his first, with a "how did he get through that?" moment that was worth another look:

But it was this ridiculous touchdown catch by sleeper Eli Rogers that had most people going WTF? Roethlisberger fired the ball towards much-hyped receiver Sammie Coates. It hit Coates hand and flew into the air, landing right in the bread-basket for Rogers for his first touchdown in the NFL:

Of course, that wasn't the only game of the day. For those who stayed up - the LA Rams made their return to the NFL away to the San Francisco 49ers at 3.20 am Irish time.

It wasn't worth the wait. Chip Kelly got his redemption project on track with a hammering - 28-0 against the hapless Rams who seem destined not to even reach any "7-9 bullshit" this year.

Running back Carlos Hyde was the star of the show with two touchdowns, this one being the best offensive play of the night:
