There's probably something severely wrong with you if you haven't yet watched Friday Night Lights in its entirety (for the love of Jesus - it's available on Netflix).

After months of speculation, the beloved cast reconvened at the ATX Television Festival on Friday night, and screening an episode for fans.

Connie Britton (Tami Taylor), Gaius Charles ('Smash' Williams), Scott Porter (Jason Street), Adrianne Palicki (Tyra Collette), Matt Lauria (Luke Cafferty), Brad Leland (Buddy Garrity) and Jesse Plemons (Landry Clarke/Lance) joined executive producer Jason Katims at the very football field used to film many of the series’ iconic scenes, with the likes of Taylor Kitsch (Tim Riggins/'3s') and Zach Gilford (Matt Saracen/'7') also popping along to catch up with the old crew in a Spartan race.

According to Entertainment Weekly, fans also took part in the festivities with a classic tailgate party and pep rally just like in the good ol’ days, before a screening of the critically hailed Season 4 episode 'The Son.'

The cast and crew also shared memories of their time in Dillon, including how the stars were banned from playing actual football to prevent injuries (this due to Plemons tearing his ACL on Panther Field during a friendly mess-about), and what items they stole from the set.

Legendary Dillon band Crucifictorious - helmed by Plemons himself - even performed at the event with a tambourine assist from Louanne Stephens, aka Matt Saracen's grandmother.

Stephens shared a pic with her 'grandson', and that, along with a number of other photographs from the cast, will take you on a trip down Memory Lane. The nostalgia is almost unbearable.
