He only officially joined the company in June but former German international Tim Wiese looks set to make his in-ring debut this November in Frankfurt, alongside our own Sheamus.

Wiese will join the Dubliner and his on-screen tag partner Cesaro when they take on, doses of shite, The Shining Stars and Bo Dallas. The goalkeeper retired from football in 2014 after he had taken up bodybuilding to point where his body was no longer suited to football.

Rumours had been circulating since then about a possible move into wrestling and an impending WWE contract but it wasn't until this summer that he began working in the company's performance center. It's a bit odd that he's making his debut on the Raw brand rather than their developmental NXT brand but given that the show will be in Germany it seems they're aiming for a big pop with the crowd.

Sheamus and Cesaro are in the middle of the old 'We were enemies and now we've been put together against our will' buddy cop storyline on Raw, which to be fair has actually been quite entertaining.
