'I Don't Do Weights' - Adama Traore Attributes Peerless Physique To Genetics
Wolves' Adama Traore has been one of the breakthrough players of the season, with five goals and four assists to his name since the beginning of the season.
That being said, it's been the winger's peerless physique that has truly made him stand out from the crowd. The player's strength on the ball along with his frightening speed make him one of the most menacing attacking players in the game.

Surprisingly however, the Spanish star has told LaSexta, a Spanish television station, that his training programme doesn't include weights and that his muscle can be simply attributed to "genetics."
My training? I don’t do weights. It’s hard to believe, but I don’t do weights. It’s genetic. I exercise, but I gain mass very quickly.
But the 23-year-old wasn't always so brawny, images from his younger days playing for Barcelona showing a scrawny youngster, unrecognisable from the well built athlete that can be witnessed at Molineux these days.
The winger struggled to make a name for himself with the Catalans, before moving to Aston Villa in 2015. Despite a slow start to life in England, he has excelled in the Nuno Espitito Santos' side this season, his physique becoming central to his, and the club's, attacking game.
