For the second time this year, yesterday's snow laid siege to the nation's sporting calendar and a host of GAA, AIL and League of Ireland games were canceled as a result.

When the Irish men's 7s turned up at Donnybrook for training today, they faced a similar problem as snow still covered large portions of the field. However, rather than cancel the session they creatively decided to utilise some temporary fences and use them as a man-driven snow plow.

With the Rugby World Cup Sevens in San Francisco in July, not even the elements can stop this Irish side from their preparations.
