British Olympian And Jack-Of-All-Trades Lawrence Okoye Hoping To Make It In NFL

British discus record-holder Lawrence Okoye has impressed scouts with his size, strength and speed at a combine event held in Dallas. Okoye made the final of the discus in the Olympics in London, finally placing 12th. Okoye never played American Football in school or college but was a promising rugby player before taking up the discus. It had originally been thought that he would sign with a team after the upcoming NFL draft but now appears he may be drafted in the late rounds.
