Matt is a 29 year American born without arms. He won a silver medal at the Paralympics.

He uses one foot to support the bow, while inserting the arrow with his other foot. He then uses his teeth to pull back the arrow.

In this video he explains how he overcame his disability to become a Paralympic medalist.
