We were lucky enough this year to have terrific Olympics coverage on RTE. Every day we saw the opening titles for RTE's coverage and most probably paid very little attention to the detail that was put into the magnificent opening sequence.

Dublin based illustrator Alan Dunne has released a video of all the work RTE put into graphically designing the opening sequence. Its amazing how much work goes into a piece that gets less than a minute of air time.
