It's the dressing room trick that has captured the imagination of sports teams far and wide. And although it's a skill mostly synonymous with GAA and soccer players, the Ireland Women's Cricket team decided to take a pop at the Header Challenge.
Slumped together in their dressing room with Flo Rida's 'I Don't Like It, I love It' playing in the background, the Cricket girls send the ball bobbing around the perimeter. The movement is steady, their control is perfect but when it comes to the final execution, they just fail to land it in the bucket.
Normally the Balls team would advise you stick to what you know in situations like this but for the most part they have the technique down.
