Carrick-On-Suir's Sam Bennett won his second stage of Bayern Rundfahrt on Friday in another sprint finish. He beat Nacer Bouhanni and Ramunas Navardauskas into second and third respectively. The Bora-Argon 18 rider won stage one on Wednesday.

Afterwards, Bennett thanked his teammates and said he was delighted with the victory.
Bennett however finished well down the classification in Saturday's time trial which was won by Englishman Alex Dowsett.
