Brian O'Driscoll's Gym Video Lives Up To His 'Toughest Weights Session' Workout

Don't let the fat man out. That appears to be Brian O'Driscoll's mantra in retirement, and who could blame him. Ireland's former number 13 isn't waltzing past hapless defenders or burrowing over for Grand Slam-deciding tries anymore but he has obviously stuck to a reasonably strict fitness regime to keep his body ticking over.

After all, he needs to do something to hold onto Amy Huberman.

During the week BOD posted the workout plan for his toughest ever weights session - it would make most people wince before even lifting a weight.

O'Driscoll has probably lessened his workload in retirement, and rightly so, but a new video on his Instagram page shows he still likes to keep busy.

It is good to see that BOD is keeping in touch with current health and fitness trends as rope slams are very IN at the moment. They are excruciatingly tiring though - you would rather take your flat tire out of the boot and flip it 100 times, as is prescribed in the aforementioned torturous workout.

To summarize, put that breakfast roll down and pick up the nearest rope you lump!
