We're pushing close to 4000 players in the Balls.ie fantasy football league, and the competition at the top is getting fierce!

Let's have a look at how things stand as we head into the international break.

The Top 5:

Our leader from week one has regained top spot with a solid week, but five points is nothing in the world of fantasy football.

What You Should Have Done:

Recommended

If you don't have Gylfi Sigurdsson in your team by now then WHY?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! You should have known that Nathan Dyer was due a brace, Rob Green would keep a clean sheet, and Morgan Schneiderlin would boss West Ham. We'll let you off not seeing a nine point week for Mike Williamson.

Top Of The Pile:

Gareth Kehoe's Linden Village FC are back on top this week thanks to Alexis Sanchez finally contributing. The consistency of Sigurdsson, Sterling and Diego Costa is also a big reason for a good start to the season for our early leader.

Propping Up The Table

As usual we give teams with only Irish players a pass, so this week we are all laughing at Eoin Murray's Dalkey Boys. It's quite clear Eoin has given up, as Luke Shaw and Sporting Lisbon's Nani occupy two bench places, but still, a shocking week.

No fantasy football next week due to the international break, but be sure to check back for more updates on the most electrifying league in fantasy sports entertainment.
