Professional football's pursuit to find new talent at the youngest age possible has reached a new extreme.

Just 20 months old and reportedly unable to say the word 'ball' properly, Bryce Brites from Genk has been allowed to train with FC Racing Boxberg's under-fives team. Bryce is the youngest ever member of the Belgium Football Association or probably any association for that matter.

Club secretary Dany Vodnik said of Bryce (translated from Het Laatste Nieuws):

"Bryce kicks a ball in a way that you don't see even four or five-year-olds play. His ball control is incredible for his age. The way he dribbles with the ball at his feet between the cones, and he can give a pass to the left or right. You ask him to kick a ball three or five meters and he does so. He may not play games with the boys from five to six years: we must remain cautious."
