Heaton's Paul Blakey suffered a possible broken jaw when Birtley's Mark Brereton landed a sucker punch on him during this English Northern League game.

Brereton didn't get sent off though as the three officials missed the incident and he was immediately substituted by his side.

Now that's a tactical substitution.
