Chelsea officially secured the Premier League title on Friday night with a hard-fought win against West Brom, but Fabregas stole the show after the final whistle.

The 1-0 scoreline represents how cagey a game it was, but like they have done on countless occasions this season, Chelsea found a way to leave with all three points.

Antonio Conte was going wild on the touchline, and John Terry opted to keep his substitute's training top on to avoid further derision, as the Chelsea players celebrated their success on the pitch.

Geoff Shreeves was on hand for Sky Sports and he grabbed Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas for a quick interview. It was at the end of their quick chat when Fabregas dropped an F-bomb on live TV.

It won't be the last time either, but it's always great when it happens because you know the network hates it.

Congratulations to Chelsea, no team could match them in terms of consistency and they have played some of the best football we've seen in the league this year, but really this one is all about Antonio Conte who delivered a title in his first season in English football.
