The FAI Might Want To Get On To Cash For Gold

Following Sligo Rovers' extra-time victory in the FAI Cup Final yesterday, Drogheda's Philip Hand tweeted out a photo of one of the runners-up medals.

[UPDATE] It seems the error was more widespread than a single runners-up medal., as Graeme Taylor brought to our attention.

This would be understandable if the medals were personalised and had to be engraved after the final whistle. But this should surely have been carefully prepared long in advance.
