A very bad week for Jose Mourinho and Manchester United has seen one hell of a reaction from the press, but a former club captain believes that certain stories are coming from within the club.

Wayne Rooney has become the centre of a world-wide debate, and Paul Pogba is being mocked ruthlessly, but a number of odd stories appear to have come from a voice from within the changing room after Jose supposedly reacted badly to recent performances.

A Telegraph article that suggested Mourinho's tongue-lashings were "worse than Sir Alex's ever were" did the rounds on Tuesday, and it did not go down well with Gary Neville.

The word "leak" gets thrown around a lot these days, but after the "mole" scandal under Jose at Real Madrid, where many believed Iker Casillas was badmouthing his boss to the press, these allegations should be taken seriously.

Furthermore, when Neville was given the "don't believe everything you read in the papers" line after that tweet, he explained that he sees more to it.

Interesting.

Are these quotes coming from unhappy players within the camp? Already?
