Heartbreaking Moment As Jermain Defore Breaks Down Over Bradley Lowery's Illness

Bradley Lowery is the young Sunderland fan whose brave battle against cancer has captured the attention and sympathy of fans across the world. Among those he has become closest to is Jermain Defoe, who formed a strong bond with Bradley at Sunderland.

Tragically, Bradley, who suffers from a rare type of cancer called neuroblastoma, has been given just days to live.

Defoe was unveiled as a Bournemouth player today, and when he was asked about Bradley during his press conference, Defoe broke down in tears.
