Jurgen Klopp has not had an easy time of it this season.

Having entered the campaign with real hopes of winning the Premier League title, Liverpool's start has been well short of the standards they have set in recent years. Injuries have been a major issue, while the club's big summer signing in Darwin Nunez has yet to shine.

In saying that, you would have every confidence in the German to turn things around in the weeks ahead. That starts with this weekend's game against Brighton at Anfield, who will be playing under new manager Roberto De Zerbi for the first time.

Liverpool will be expecting to earn three points in that game, even if their opponents have been excellent in recent times. The fixture also comes off the back of an international break, which can make things a bit trickier as players return from spells with their countries.

While Jurgen Klopp will be hoping that his players return to Merseyside injury free, one member of the squad has come back with a new hairstyle.

Kostas Tsimikas, who played two games for Greece over the last week, reported for training sporting a man bun.

It didn't go unnoticed by his manager, who couldn't help but make a couple of cheeky comments in front of the rest of the squad.

At first I thought Darwin [Nunez] had shrunk!

You could Jurgen Klopp was absolutely delighted with himself after that joke.

The 55-year old is known for having an excellent relationship with his players, something that comes off in this video. He will certainly need to utilise every bit of that goodwill if Liverpool are to turn their form around and challenge for the biggest honours this season.
