PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has identified Manchester United and England forward Marcus Rashford as a potential target next summer.
Since bursting on to the scene in 2016, Marcus Rashford has been adored by Manchester United fans, with his work off the pitch and humble personality making him a likeable figure in the footballing world.
A few years ago, it looked as though Rashford would be the future for club and country, as he continued to impress with his performances. However, like many of his Manchester United teammates, there have been some difficult times, which brought his ability into question.
After a difficult couple of seasons that saw him linked with a move away from Manchester United following a drop in form, Rashford looks back to his best, with his form so far this season earning him a recall to England's World Cup squad.

He hasn't disappointed so far, with three goals in the tournament, and will be pushing to starts in his country's quarter-final against France on Saturday.
Despite a change in fortunes, Rashford's contract is set to expire next summer, leaving him free to join any team he wants for free. Both Rashford and Manchester United will be keen to get his contract updated once the 25-year-old returns from the World Cup.
Given his love for the club and Manchester United manager Eric Ten Hag favouring him ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this season, it's likely he will sign a new, improved deal.
Rashford On PSG Radar
However, should any problems arise, one club keen on his services is PSG, with President Nasser Al-Khelaifi an admirer of him.
PSG have no shortage of options going forward, with Neymar, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe completing arguably the best front three in world football. However, with both Messi's and Mbappe's future in question, Al-Khelaifi is keen to make Rashford their next start signing, especially if they can gain his services for free.
🗣️ “He’s another player who’s amazing and for free? To have Rashford for free, every club will run after him.”

He is another player that is really amazing and to have Rashford for free, every club would run after him.
We spoke before on his interest, but the moment was not a good moment for both sides. Summer? Why not? If he is a free agent of course we can talk to him directly.
We are not going to talk to him now, we will let him focus on the World Cup. After in January, we will be interested to talk to him."
If Manchester United ever needed encouragement to start contract talks with Rashford, these comments from the PSG president might be the kick they need.
