There are two weeks left in the English transfer window, as newly installed Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri looks to add to his squad before the deadline. There are reports that Chelsea are looking to London rivals Arsenal for reinforcement, with the Daily Mail writing that the Blues are interested in bringing Aaron Ramsey to Stamford Bridge.

Ramsey is entering the final year of his contract, and it is believed £30 million would be enough to prise the Welshman from the club.

In other Premier League news, Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis told the brilliantly named Radio Kiss Kiss that they have enquired about Manchester United right back Matteo Darmian: “We have asked for Darmian on a loan with a right to sign next summer.” Darmian himself has expressed his desire to leave the club after failing to nail down a starting berth under Jose Mourinho.

Meanwhile Liverpool have sold Pedro Chirivella to Rosenborg for £3.5 million, and according to Sky Sports, Aston Villa have an interest in taking another Liverpool prospect, Ben Woodburn, on loan for the season. Sky Sports are also reporting that Newcastle are in talks to sign West Brom striker  Saloman Rondon follwoing the exit of Aleksander Mitrovic to Fulham, the Venezuelan has a £16.5 million release clause.
In the Bundesliga Claudio Pizarro, has joined Werder Bremen for the fourth time in his career, signing a one-year deal. In La Liga Atletico Madrid have reportedly had a €40 million bid for Fiorentina forward Giovanni Simeone.
Simeone is the son of current Atletico boss Diego Simeone, with the Argentinian still keep to add to his squad following the additions of Gelson Martins from Sporting Lisbon and Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar.
