Northern Ireland Fans Group Unhappy About Aviva Friendly With 'The UK 'C' Team'
By Conor Neville Updated

Ireland play Northern Ireland in a behind closed doors game in the Aviva Stadium in June (its still an open question as to whether the FAI will seek to exaggerate the attendance).

The prominent Northern Ireland supporters fan page 'Our Wee Country' are annoyed at this needless fraternisation with the Republic, or 'that shower' as they are affectionately referred to in the post.

They are not happy about playing a country, which in their eyes, has continually poached their players.

The comment from Aaron Mac is one of the more incendiary

I guess the U.K. 'C' team need to check up on how our players are coming along to see which uncapped ones they might wanna try and stroke next! Surely plenty of other teams we could play?! Why we still maintain any relationship with the underhand bigoted scum at 'Football Apartheid Ireland' is beyond me.

Here's some more snapshots of the illuminating discussion.
