Under Pep Guardiola, Man City have looked terrifying.

They have beaten all opposition put before them this season. It's eight games under the Spaniard, eight wins. That included the brushing aside of Borussia Monchengladbach in the Champions League during the week.

Following the game, on ITV's highlights show, Roy Keane was full of praise for Guardiola.

Keane believes that Jose Mourinho's self-given 'Special One' title really belongs to Guardiola.

What was important when he first went in there, the decision to get rid of two or three... what you felt were really important characters for Man City over the last two or three years. Hart, Toure - he's made a decision - 'You're not for me'.

He says he's a challenging coach and he doesn't look like he messes about. Obviously they're playing with confidence, there's a long way to go in the season yet. He's rotating the squad, players are playing with a lot more confidence after a decent start.

I wouldn't like to mess with him.

The two coaches in Manchester, Mourinho reckons he's the special one. For me, this guy [Guardiola] is.

On Friday, during a press conference ahead of Saturday's game against Bournemouth, Guardiola was asked about Keane's praise.

He could not have been more dismissive.
