Reading winger Jimmy Kebe took a swipe at Newcastle's transfer policy on Twitter earlier by first misleading Twitter followers into believing that he was on the verge of signing with Newcastle.

Shortly after he revealed that his previous tweet had been a joke, mocking the very French inclined transfer policy of Newcastle. Kebe was born in France but has played international football for Mali.
