Ibrahimovic, who is at his seventh club, has played in five major international tournaments, scores in every second international and club game, and has a combined transfer fee of over £133 million.
Ronaldo has also played at five international finals, has a 0.65 goal average for club, a 0.4 average for country and has a combined transfer fee of £92 million with £80 million coming in his 2009 switch from Man United.
The pair are arguably the most in form players in the world at the moment and last month's 2014 World Cup qualifying draw pitted Sweden against Portugal, meaning next year's tournament will sadly unfold without one of football's modern greats.
