In a nation that isn't lacking in sporting star power, Ronan O'Gara has been one of the most successful figures in France in recent years.
The Cork native has proven to be a massive hit since arriving at La Rochelle in 2019. Not only has he helped them establish their place at the top of the Top 14, but he has also led them to successive Champions Cup finals, winning it in 2022. He will be hoping to repeat that feat in the coming weeks, with a first ever Top 14 title also a possibility.
He has been thoroughly enjoying his time in the country, which included a trip to a sporting event of a different code on Friday.

Ronan O'Gara was in attendance with his children as PSG defeated Angers in Ligue 1 on Friday night, with Kylian Mbappe scoring a brace as the Parisians secured a 2-1 victory to maintain their nine-point lead at the top of the division.
The former Ireland star managed to pull a few strings to get behind the scenes after the game, with his children getting the opportunity to meet Mbappe and Lionel Messi.
Despite their status as global superstars, O'Gara said that the pair couldn't have been more of a pleasure to deal with.
