On a day when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's job security at Man United was on the line, it ended up being Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo feeling the heat after a poor 3-0 home loss. Roy Keane and Graeme Souness analysed the game post-match on Sky Sports, and they didn't hold back in going at Santo's Spurs team.

'It's Spurs. You will beat Spurs' - Keane and Souness lay into Tottenham

Coming off the back of a 5-0 home loss to Liverpool, many felt that Saturday's game at Spurs would be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's last in charge of Manchester United. Roy Keane was one who chastised Solskjaer's squad during his pre-match comments on Sky.

A dramatic tactical reshuffle ended up doing the job for Solskjaer and Man United, who came away with a 3-0 win that was unexpectedly routine, given the storm surrounding the club.

There is now a similar storm surrounding Spurs, with the team booed off the pitch at the end of both halves, and Santo booed for taking off Lucas Moura early in the second half. Fans were also seen leaving well before the final whistle.

Just two wins in their last seven Premier League games spells trouble for the Portuguese manager, and Roy Keane ripped into Tottenham in his post-match analysis.

I think it was a perfect game for Man United today coming out to Spurs.

Spurs obviously had their cup game this week, Spurs aren't scoring many goals...I think nine in ten games. United had a good opportunity. The stats there - less possession than Spurs, which is perfect.

Just sit in against Tottenham, once they got their first goal, it was a case of how many they were going to score. It was a perfect day for Man United.

Go back to when I played, we always used to say "it's Spurs, you will beat Spurs." This Spurs team were desperate...abysmal.

Spurs are boring. They're boring to watch, really boring. People watching the game there - they're the home team - you're thinking it was as if the stadium was empty, like come on!

Where's that bit of energy? It was only the bit of booing at the end, and that was maybe aimed towards Harry Kane more than anybody else because his performance wasn't up to scratch.

I couldn't believe how bad they were.

Roy Keane wasn't the only one expressing his concerns post-match, as his fellow pundits Graeme Souness and Jermain Defoe also laid into Spurs after their shocking performance.

Spurs legend Defoe said that his former team lacked any kind of attacking energy or creativity, while Souness went on a similarly impassioned rant to Keane, as he laid out all that was missing from Tottenham's performance.

Spurs are toothless, the stats tell you that. Not a shot on target - they're relying on the people with a spark, Harry Kane, Son, Moura. None of them did that today, they all look a shadow of the players they've been in the recent past.

Spurs are a team who have played ten games now, won five, lost five. If you're a Spurs supporter, you're turning up here not knowing what you're gonna get. They're toothless - it might be harsh, but the stats tell you that.

What gets supporters on the edge of their seats - aggression, seeing a few tackles, people doing aggressive things, getting shots on target - not a single bit of that for Spurs tonight, not a single shot on target.

Mid-table at best.

It was a dire evening for Tottenham in London on Saturday, and major questions will now be asked about the long-term trajectory of the team.
