Watch: Roy Keane Put Micah Richards Back Into His Box After Hyping Himself Up

I think we can probably put to an end any debate about who the most entertaining pundit on TV is at the moment. Roy Keane may not give the type of quality in-depth analysis we get from Jamie Carragher or Gary Neville, but the man is absolute box-office.

Every time he is in the Sky Sports studio it is must-watch TV and we knew today would be no different. Keane was in form right from the off, finding time to throw in a cutting remark or two.

That was only the start of it. Micah Richards was his next victim.

The former Manchester City defender was recalling how he burst onto the scene as a young player, but Keane wasn't exactly having that version of events.

Richards: I burst onto the scene, didn't I? I was gonna be the next best thing. Yeah I won a Premier League, the FA Cup, and I got to play for a team I loved, but I underachieved because sometimes as a player you can believe the hype.

Injuries didn't help me, but you've got to keep your feet on the ground...

Keane: Did you burst onto the scene? Very few defenders burst onto the scene.

There's no better man to cut you in two with a couple of words.

It didn't stop there. While we didn't get to see it on the broadcast at the time, Keane had another go at Richards during a commercial break. To be fair to him, he took it all in good spirits.

Keane: I thought you said you scored against Brazil, not Israel! Jesus, in a friendly that was 6-0? Jesus.

Redknapp: I saw you talking and I thought 'he's (Keane) coming here'.

Keane: A fullback that burst onto the scene? What fullback ever burst onto the scene?

Never change Roy.
