We're not quite sure if David De Gea ended up having to get a taxi back to Manchester after his mistake against Spurs in their 1-1 draw, but Roy Keane certainly felt like the Spanish 'keeper didn't deserve a place on the United team bus!

Thankfully, we're delighted to announce that those classic Keano moments are going to be a regular feature over the coming Premier League season.

Opinionated, funny, sharp, divisive, authoritative, direct, combative.

These are just some of the words that define Roy Keane the pundit and just like his playing days, the former Manchester United and Ireland midfielder is absolute box-office.

Case in point, his take on Aston Villa's exuberant celebrations after they avoided relegation on the final day.

Like him or loath him, the Corkonian is one of a kind and that's why Keane is going to be far more prominent on your TV screens this year.

In terms of the Soccer Saturday panel, Jeff Stelling will be joined by regulars Paul Merson, Chris Kamara, Sue Smith, Clinton Morrison, Alan McInally and Glen Johnson. This season will also see the additions of some new studio guests including Adebayo Akinfenwa, Tim Sherwood, Robbie Fowler and Joleon Lescott.

Speaking about these innovations for the new season, Sky Sports Director of Football Gary Hughes said: ‘With fans currently unable to attend matches in person, it is imperative we provide the best possible TV and digital coverage to our audiences. Confirming Patrice, Micah and Roy to add to our existing line-up of award-winning pundits is brilliant news and we will strive to take the game closer to fans than ever before with increased live action, highlights and analysis.”

In terms of Sky's coverage, their first game of the new Premier League season is on Saturday when champions Liverpool host the newly-promoted Leeds United at Anfield.

Sky Sports is the home of the Premier League with more live matches than any other broadcaster. Watch all the action on Sky Sports and NOW TV.
