Toronto FC are anchored to the bottom of the MLS and they aren't moving any time soon. Managed by Aaron Winter with Danny Dichio somewhere on the coaching staff, they are an odd franchise that has fitted nicely into the Toronto landscape, which was recently found to be the worst city in North America for pro sports.
