Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane have both commented today on the speculation linking the pair with a summer move away from the club.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of Liverpool's Champions League Final against Real Madrid this weekend, Mohamed Salah issued an update on his Liverpool future.

With contract talks between Salah and Liverpool seeming to drag on, rumours about the Egyptian's future at the club have been circulating.

Mo Salah on his Liverpool future

Salah has confirmed that he will be at the club next season, but didn't speak about his contract negotiations and his chances of staying at the club beyond 2023.

“I am staying at Liverpool next season for sure, that's clear. In my mind, I don't focus on contract right now”.

“I don't want to be selfish, it’s not the right moment to speak about the contract”

Salah has performed far beyond expectations since his move to the club in 2017, winning every possible trophy for the club along the way, but his contract does run out at the start of next summer.

Mo Salah finished level with Tottenham's Son Heung Min in the race for the Golden Boot this season, bringing Salah's Golden Boot tally to three in his five seasons with the Reds.

Sadio Mane joined Liverpool in the summer of 2016 and was Jurgen Klopp's first marquee signing at the club. He has been heavily linked with a move to German giants Bayern Munich in recent weeks.

Fabrizio Romano is reporting that "there are chances for him to leave the club this summer".

The Senegalese forward was asked about his future at the club following Liverpool's training at Kirby earlier today. Mane responded by saying that he will answer the question after Saturday's Champions League Final.

"I will answer after the Champions League. Whether I will stay or not, I will say after the Champions League."

Since arriving to Anfield, similarly to Salah, Sadio Mané has collected every trophy on offer and has netted 120 goals for Liverpool in his six seasons at the club.

Christian Falk of BILD Sport is reporting that if Liverpool win the Champions League on Saturday, Jurgen Klopp will sell one of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mo Salah.

Should Liverpool lose both Salah and Mane, it will be a massive loss to Jurgen Klopp's side but forcing a move away from Liverpool hasn't proved to always work out.

Philippe Coutinho and Gini Wijnaldum are two players who didn't reach the levels they showed at Anfield after leaving.
