Celtic left it late to claim the three points against St. Johnstone on Sunday afternoon.

The game had been goalless until the 78th minute when James Forrest took advantage of some negligent defending from the home side.

Ultimately, it was substitute Timothy Weah who made the difference for Celtic. The 18-year-old took control of a long ball from the Celtic half and crossed for Forrest to nip in ahead of an unaware Scott Tanser.

Ten minutes later, Weah found himself on the end of Callum McGregor's cross to double Celtic's lead.

Before the final whistle blew for a 2-0 Celtic win, Kristoffer Ajer saw red after pulling back St. Johnstone's Calum Hendry.
