The addition of a Morgan Freeman voiceover is the equivalent of bacon to breakfast and that's why the people behind the USA World Cup 2018 bid have roped him in.

The website tells us Morgan sent in this email with his voiceover -

I am proud to lend my voice to this remarkable effort to bring the FIFA World Cup™ to the United States.

Soccer is the world's Game, its beauty and simplicity embraced by people in every corner of the globe. I have seen the Game's power to bring people together, to stoke their passion, to realize their dreams.

Together, you and I and more than 100 million World Cup fans throughout the United States are showing the world that we're passionate about bringing the World Cup to our country.

Together, we're living proof of the power of soccer.

The Game is in me, the Game is in you — the Game is in US.

— Morgan Freeman

Somehow i don't believe Morgan goes around trademarking brands in his personal emails.

Back to the campaign TeamUSA go for the lazy "sure aren't we just the whole world living here in anyways" approach whilst leaving out any Irish accents. Ah sure they are illegal anyways, not really part of the United States of Soccer.

Oh and just in case you were wondering, the offical website is only available in English and Spanish.
