Tottenham have so far added Roberto Soldado, Paulinho, Etienne Capoue and Nacer Chadli to their squad this summer but in the next few days those four look set to be joined by former girl Erik Lamela, Steaua Bucharest defender Vlad Chiriches, Ajax midget Christian Eriksen and the Little Pea, Javier Hernandez, according to Sky Sports. So all-in-all that will make eight new players for the price of one Gareth Bale. I wonder which club thinks they're getting the better deal here?

Now that Celtic have secured their place in the Champions League, they can splash a bit of cash and are also a more attractive proposition for players, so they will now sign, according to the Daily Record, an Israeli midfielder you've never heard of, Nir Biton, for £700,000 and Schalke's Finnish striker Teemu Pukki, who at least has a catchy song in his honour .

In Arsenal related transfer news, it seems like absolutely nothing is happening. The best the media can come up with is an apparent move for Iker Casillas, a rumour we thought had disappeared two week ago but it seems to be back on the Daily Star's agenda. While it would be a shame to see San Iker lose his one-club-player status, at least we would get to see a lot more of Sara Carbonero.

Finally, Samuel Eto'o will be presented as a Chelsea player today. The Cameroonian hitman has arrived in London, by train apparently, and will renew acquaintances with Jose Mourinho. With the double-treble winner on board this season, the bookies may as well start paying out on Chelsea already.
