The January transfer window is almost upon us, with clubs being able to sign new players from tomorrow onwards. This period has the potential to have a massive impact on the remainder of the season, even if it is a notoriously difficult time to get good-value deals.
We rounded up yesterday's rumours here, and we have done the same for today. Take a look:
January Transfer Rumours
Manolo Gabbiadini to AC Milan
Out of favour Southampton striker Manolo Gabbiadini has been linked with a move to AC Milan, after their deal for Luis Muriel collapsed. Calcio Mercato are reporting that Milan have already been in contact with the player's agent, as they seek to bolster their attacking options.
Adrien Rabiot not interested in Spurs
PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot is not interested in a move to Spurs, feeling that the club would be too much of a step down. That is according to ESPN, who claim the player has set his sights higher than White Hart Lane.
Rabiot is available on a free transfer at the end of the season, and is widely expected to move to Barcelona.
Jarrod Bowen to Spurs
Will Tottenham finally make a signing? Having gone the entire summer window without bringing in a player, they have been linked with a move for one of the Championship's hottest prospects.
Football.London claim Spurs are interested in 22-year old Hull winger Jarrod Bowen, who has been in fantastic form this season. The London club have had success with buying players from the lower leagues in the past, with Dele Alli the obvious example.
Inter interested in Madrid duo
Inter Milan are interested in both Luka Modric and Toni Kroos this summer, as they seek to make a big splash in the transfer market. Inter were interested in Modric last summer, and Corriere Dello Sport think they will go back in for the Madrid man after the current season.
Kroos is also at the top of their list, although it is unlikely they will lure both players from the Santiago Bernanbeu.
Marseille interested in Alberto Moreno
Could Liverpool finally see the back of him? Alberto Moreno is of interest to French side Marseille in the January transfer window, as they seek to bolster their defensive options. Le 10 Sport say they want to move for the player in the January window, despite his contract expiring at the end of the season.
Liverpool will likely allow the player leave, although they would probably need to sign a replacement first.
Barcelona want €60million for Jasper Cillessen
Despite being second choice behind Ter Stegen, Barcelona will not allow Jasper Cillessen to leave on the cheap. AS (h/t Football Oranje) say that the Catalan club will seek €6omillion for the player, which is likely to scare off any potential suitors.
