We recently gave you a glimpse at Gerard Pique's swapped jersey collection which we thought was incredibly cool, but it turns out that the Barcelona defender also has a different type of collection, and one we've never seen before apart from in US college basketball.

It seems that every time Gerard Pique wins a cup final, he grabs a pair of scissors and runs out to cut the net from the goal and take it home with him.

You can see the most recent examples of his net-cutting antics in this video:

Is that even allowed?

And what does he do with them? Does he hang them up in his gaff and leave notes as to which match they represent? We've seen the MVP of the team that wins the NCAA Final Four cut the net from the rim, but never a football player with a net from a goal-frame.

Hopefully Gerard will shine some light as to what he does with the nets soon.
