Newcastle United, sitting 3rd in the Championship at present, left it very, very, very, very late indeed to steal victory from the jaws of defeat at home to Norwich City.

Something we all remember. When Alex Ferguson ruled English football, Manchester United became legendary/notorious for grabbing late goals to turn a defeat into a victory - Sheffield Wednesday 1993, Liverpool 1999 FA Cup, Bayern Munich in the Champions League Final.

But even they never left it quite this late.

Entering the 95th minute, Newcastle trailed Norwich 3-2. At almost the death, Yoan Gouffran's header appeared to have salvaged a point for Newcastle.

At the actual death, Dwight Gayle completed his hat-trick to claim more than a mere point. Rafa got a big bear hug from Mitrovic after the final whistle.

While the result provoked ecstatic celebrations from the crowd and players (and quite rightly too) is also created a cruel headache for those who had to file reports from the game.
