Portugal took on the Netherlands tonight in a warm-up for the World Cup this summer. It was not an enjoyable evening for Cristiano Ronaldo, as despite his captaincy his side succumbed to a 3-0 loss while João Cancelo was sent off.

Just after the hour mark, the game was interrupted by several pitch invaders. In the midst of this, a bewildered Ronaldo stood and watched as one individual elected to approach him and try plant a kiss. The Real Madrid star did not react but wiped his face in the aftermath.
Netherlands led thanks to goals from Depay, Ryan Babel and Virgil Van Djik.
Ronaldo has been approached by numerous pitch invaders in the past, although it is rare to see one interact with him in this way.
